Place the broccolini in a large bowl or sealable plastic bag. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the broccolini is evenly coated.
Arrange the broccolini in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray. Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccolini florets are lightly browned and tender-crisp.
While the broccolini is cooking, zest and juice the lemon.
Transfer the cooked broccolini to a serving dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while hot.
