For years my mother used a can of French Onion soup for cooking beef roast. For us in the family that did not like the texture of the cooked onion she would blend the soup before pouring over the meat. Good shortcut with a lot of flavor. Yummy. Bought the ribs just because they looked marvelous at butcher shop. Wasn’t sure what to do with them until I saw this recipe. They came out juicy and tender. Wonder flavor also.
