Delicious! Pretty quick and easy to make.
I agree with some of the other reviews, that a little sauce or light gravy would be nice. I used the refrigerated gnocchi and next time, may just fry them with the beef and mushrooms instead of boiling first.
Will definitely be making this recipe again!

This came together so quickly (after the marinating time) and was so tasty! Tenderloin is my preferred cut but I never find recipes that use it other than as just a full steak so this was perfect! We used “no boil” gnocchi which made it come together even faster.

The notes seem to indicate that there was going to be a lot of juice? Mine seems dry yet I went through the recipe several times and don’t see that I missed anything? Should there be a lot of juice?

That’s 4 lb of gnocchi!!! That’s an awful lot of gnocchi isn’t it. If I make 2 lb of pasta with a meal that’s more than everyone eats.
