I had never used an air fryer before, this was the first recipe I tried. It is absolutely outstanding! I marinated the steak overnight. The only issue is it makes so much that I had to make it in three batches. Next time I just might borrow another air fryer. Even the next day reheated in the air fryer the steak is still tender and full of flavor.
