We made this for our Sunday family dinner tonight and it was so fabulous and flavorful and easy! We also made the Cilantro Rice and it was the perfect accompaniment.

My husband and I do not use any salt nor the heat of cayenne pepper as such, I doubled the other spices and instead of cayenne pepper I used no-salt cajun seasoning. This turned out delicious and after defatting the drippings, used them to add to the liquid for cooking 1.5 cups of rice in a rice cooker. Served with the chicken and brussel sprouts and cauliflower mix… Delicious. My husband loved the addition of the lime.

Very easy dish to make, full of flavor. Goes well with rice and sautéed asparagus.

Very good but a little to fatty for my taste. The addition of the lime was a refreshing change. Sprinkled cilantro over the top.

Made this for Valentines Day dinner. It was a hit! It has a bit of an after burn, which I like, but if you don’t like things spicy just omit the cayenne pepper. It still tastes good.
