Probably the best Chicken Divan recipe out there. Loved the wholesome ingredients vs canned soups. Wouldn’t say it was a hard recipe, but there was a lot of steps that put it in a level up from an “easy recipe”. It took close to an hour just to assemble. It was worth it, though, and It would impress at any dinner party. Thank you for sharing.

This dish was so good, very flavorful. I added some cayenne pepper for a kick only because my family loves that southwest spicey type food, but it didn’t need it.

I’ll make this again, but will cut back on the garlic, prob down to a teaspoon. Love your tip on mixing the butter with the crackers. For my poppyseed casserole I always drizzled the butter – your method makes sure every crumb is coated and gets crisp!

I thought there was too much sauce. It took me alot more than 15 min to prep. Probably won’t make it again.

This was delicious, a big hit at the household. The only thing I will do different next time is cut back a little on the garlic and salt. Or maybe some low or no salt Ritz crackers

This had a few steps to it, but it took me about an hour to put together. I used a rotisserie chicken from costco and that saved some $$$. So much better than the “cream of” soup recipes we had as kids. Everyone loved it!

And to think I almost passed this one by when I saw that it had stuffing in it. This dish is wonderful and one of my all time favorites. What a way to use leftover rotisserie chicken! Hubby loved it too. Thanks!

My husband and I LOVED this dish. I must confess because of lack of time I used a large jar of Alfredo Sauce, but I am sure the sauce recipe would have made it even better. Has anyone frozen this recipe and if so, did you freeze with the cracker topping?

you’d be amazed at what a teaspoon of curry powder does, when added to the sauce ingredients. That’s the original chicken divan.
