This is sooooooo good! Please don’t leave out the cream or lemon. They really do make this recipe. I also seasoned the chicken with more than just salt and pepper, used ground ginger in the broth and poultry seasoning because I didn’t have thyme.

This is the most delicious chicken soup I’ve ever made! It’s nearly impossible to find recipes my whole family likes but this one was loved by everyone, even my pickiest kiddo. We used brown rice and left out the cream. Already making this a second time and doubling the recipe to have lots of leftovers. Thank you for the amazing recipe!

This will be a new go-to recipe! I made this using leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I decreased the liquid a little because we like a thicker soup. The flavors are so good!

Just made this incredibly good soup and finished a bowl with my husband. I omitted the cream, but used Ben’s Ready Rice in the orange pouch. I just put it in, uncooked where it says to put in the rice and brown it. I added 1 tsp. extra garlic and ginger each . Then for each individual bowl, added about 1/2 teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice. It is amazing! The starch in the rice thickened the soup nicely.

Made this tonight for my husband and I ! It was absolutely delicious ! We like a little spice ,so I added some “ Kickin’ Chicken” which is a spice. It’s a keeper❣️

so wonderful. Tasty, delicious….I make the base and keep the rice separate. Either way it is just the best!!! It’s in the cookbook….which I love!!!
